Hey, I really enjoy the scenarios in this game, but I have a problem where I consistently get blocked off of Mikasa's route every single time I try to pursue it. I get stopped at giving her headpats and asking her to smile, each and every time with only two hearts filled in. Is there a reason for this? Every other girl's story is fully playable for me. Should I not be beating her in the spars during the mornings? What's causing this?
Pat her head > make her smile, once there's two hearts, move on to the next choices. Three hearts for those will get unlocked once you max out kissing and showing her tongue
She always declines to kiss or show her tongue, so I thought that wasn't an option. I'll give it another go, do I need to do more night actions to get a kiss?
No, just do it in the order it shows from left to right. Ask her to show you her ass, then move on to kisses, tongue showing. It's really simple there.

Which language you using that is causing you pain? The English one while not the best is fairly decent. Especially when looking at a few other games where the English is absolutely horrid.

I don't remember which one because i did it way too much time ago for my memory to make me remember😅, but if you didn't searched in one of the location i said, it'll be there for sure.
When you find all the girls of the poster, you have to go to the shady Halley to talk with the mirror man, he'll say that he changed something in the poster, you'll be able to see Mikasa naked if you click on her. Just to make sure: you alredy gave him Mikasa's panties right?
Watch her sleep like it tells you to, pull her blanket down > Enter your room at sunset, you'll automatically stumble upon conversation > Just go sleep in your bed late at night
I’m stuck at after Ymir see me with Historia and when it tells you to wait for the mirror man to come up with the requests and I gave him the underwear but nothing on hanges journal has changed

There's no wrong order. Check other girls' journal, see what you haven't finished and do it. It should either say progress Mikasa's branch or that the branch is over for now. If it doesn't say that, you haven't completed it.

After talking to Elsa, go to her room at sunset like she told you a number of times in that dialogue. Just read dialogues sometimes and there won't be any problems.
then go ahead and do Christa's branch until a new dialogue options shows up with Elsa about bottle game, man. I said how to progress Christa's branch above.
I can't seem to progress any further with the girls after completing Hange's underwear quest. It said that i have to advance with other girls, but its written in all of the girls profiles. Does this mean the end of the current version(0.11.6)?

What do I do after getting the underwear? When i go to hange it doesn't do anything
go give the underwear to mirror man first at night in the shady alley he'll give you intel then go to hange the next morning in her shack

There's no wrong order. Check other girls' journal, see what you haven't finished and do it. It should either say progress Mikasa's branch or that the branch is over for now. If it doesn't say that, you haven't completed it.

Go to Insturctor's shack at the evening, MC will say that she's not there and you need to look around the camp. Come to the steam room at sunset then.
