Man be patient, devs are busting their ass trying to make the game super good so that you can enjoy it, least you can do is be patient + they always give estimated release date for 10$ patrons, 5$ and free.

It doesn't mean all these changes were made solely in 0.13.3. Only Mikasa was added in 0.13.3 and the finishing events of the arc. It's quite possible you already finished those branches.
