In my opinion, each girl could have an NTR route depending on their choices. For example: Mikasa with Eren or Armin, Sasha with Lucas, the instructor with Jean and Lucas, Annie with the boys on the slave route, Elsa with a boy, Historia and Ymir with another boy, and all the other remaining girls.
Of all arc this is the only scene i haven't unlocked yet, tried different approach on her also at the wagon event yet i get the same scene, any clue on how to see the scene?

Then you downloaded not the android version. On android it's apk file, you run it and just install the game.
