it says the game was updated 4 days ago but there’s nothing new in the dev log. Can anyone tell me if there’s new content in those update and if I should redownload to get it
I can't remember if there is any but check if it has a export/import system. if it does you might be able to export your save and import it to the new one, i not to sure. maybe someone has the answer.
On PC you don't have to worry about anything, just download the newest version, run the game and saves should be there. On Android, don't delete the previous version of the game. Download the newest version, when installing choose to update the game. Enter the game and saves should be there!

Let's talk later, okay?" and it's been like that for the past like 10 in game days and I'm not sure what to do because I can't move on in the story till I talk to her but she's always busy.

The journal also tells you what branch you need to advance to open the steam room. If you did that, it's right next to the classroom, above it

Did you try to go to the manoeuvre gear in the morning?
Yeah, she told you like three times in the dialogue prior to that you need to come to her room at SUNSET.
