There's no wrong order. Check other girls' journal, see what you haven't finished and do it. It should either say progress Mikasa's branch or that the branch is over for now. If it doesn't say that, you haven't completed it.

After talking to Elsa, go to her room at sunset like she told you a number of times in that dialogue. Just read dialogues sometimes and there won't be any problems.

I can't seem to progress any further with the girls after completing Hange's underwear quest. It said that i have to advance with other girls, but its written in all of the girls profiles. Does this mean the end of the current version(0.11.6)?

Great game but got a question. I failed to win the wagon game and a few others so I don't have all scenes unlocked. If I start a new save and get those scenes will I still keep the old ones or there is no way to do all of them in one run?
On PC you don't have to worry about anything, just download the newest version, run the game and saves should be there. On Android, don't delete the previous version of the game. Download the newest version, when installing choose to update the game. Enter the game and saves should be there!

Have you been to the training grounds with Christa? Honestly, everytime I get this report and I get save, I just go and talk to Christa and advance the story.

What do I do after getting the underwear? When i go to hange it doesn't do anything

There's no wrong order. Check other girls' journal, see what you haven't finished and do it. It should either say progress Mikasa's branch or that the branch is over for now. If it doesn't say that, you haven't completed it.

Go to Insturctor's shack at the evening, MC will say that she's not there and you need to look around the camp. Come to the steam room at sunset then.

there's only two scenes that are mutually exclusive, the wagon scene is not one of them
